We used Running Rabbit Construction to complete a major remodel on our home in Boulder, Colorado. The project included a new kitchen, two new bathrooms, removing and rebuilding an existing exterior wall and building new interior walls and closets among many other major alterations. We felt like we were in capable hands and appreciated the knowledge and experience they shared. The communication with Running Rabbit was excellent and we always heard back from them in a timely manner. Running Rabbit provided suggestions on how to better use a space, which greatly improved the end result. The work was quality work and the pricing was fair. We were involved in the process and appreciated the flexibility in using some of our own sub contractors. We love our new home and we highly recommend Running Rabbit Construction.

The best part of working with Running Rabbit is we always felt like we were in good hands. The work was quality work and if it wasn't right we knew they would make it right. We appreciated being able to approach Adam with our ideas, our concerns and Adam's quick response to any issues and most importantly the companies fairness with some of the expenses. We really liked the creative ideas on how best to use a space and some of the recommendations that a few came up with which only improved the project. We also really appreciated that we could manage some of the sub contractors. Both Brian and I feel that we would use Running Rabbit in the future for any project that comes along. The working relationship was great.

I had a fantastic call with Running Rabbit's owner this afternoon. Adam was more helpful than any other builder I spoke to. He throughly explained his estimate to me, pointing out where certain costs would be fixed, and others had room for personal choice. By being very honest about what was and wasn't included in a new construction, he even helped me anticipate some additional (non-building) costs I could expect. His integrity is outstanding and I have no doubt that the quality of his work will be too!
